On April 30th, MVU, in partnership with Franklin County Industrial Development Corporation (FCIDC), hosted a Technology Discovery event. Eighth-grade students engaged in interactive small-group discovery and exploration sessions with local technology industry representatives. Students, divided into groups of 7-10 students, rotated through hands-on mini lessons with each business, maker or tech partner. MVU ran 2 sessions for MVU, Alburgh, and Berkshire 8th grade students. Tech Discovery Day is the second time in the month of April to bring area businesses to school in interactive and informative ways.
