Student government is a group of elected students who represent their peers. Acting as a bridge between the student body and administration, student government members advocate for student needs, organize events, and promote school spirit. In addition to fostering leadership and communication skills, student government serves as a valuable experience in governance, responsibility, and community involvement for its members.

Nation Honor Society

The National Honor Society (NHS) recognizes outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to recognize those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is an organization that recognizes middle school students for their academic excellence and involvement in school and community activities. Students must apply and be selected.

Future Farmers of America

Future Farmers of America (FFA) promotes leadership, agricultural education, and career development among students. Founded in 1928, FFA helps young people explore and prepare for careers in agriculture, agribusiness, and other related fields. Through hands-on learning experiences, FFA members participate in activities like public speaking, agricultural competitions, community service, and project-based learning in areas such as animal science, horticulture, and environmental sustainability.

These clubs alternate weekly. In Library Club, spend time in the library learning various library skills and helping create a fun, calm environment for the school. In Book Club, Read and talk books with the librarian Mrs. Kolk in the comfort of the library.

Three different bands rehearse on three separate days to perform arrangements for concerts, special events, and festivals. All are welcome to join any of the groups as long as you play an instrument appropriate to the genre.
